| Ryan
Bedingfield has been involved in the
cleaning industry for the past 26 years. He
trained as a carpet and upholstery restoration
technician in London, before setting up his own
trauma cleanup business in 1989. Bio-hazardous
waste removal from trauma scenes requires
skilled operation and stringent Health and
Safety procedures which have always played a
big part in Ryan's business. This course has
been designed with Health and Safety in
mind at all times and leaves no stones unturned.
Ryan is a qualified trainer and assessor for the
British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc)
and holds a qualification in infection control.
John Field
has over 10 years experience in the cleaning
industry and is the Health and Safety Advisor
for direct training services. John has worked
very closely with Ryan and Gary Bedingfield
in developing this course and is also a trainer
and assessor for BICSc. As a founder of direct
training services, John is at the forefront of
all development in our courses and is constantly
reviewing all Health and Safety procedures.
Mick Kaye
has worked alongside Ryan and John for the
past 3 years and plays an important role in all
course development. Also a qualified trainer and
assessor with BICSc, Mick's background is
in electrical engineering, allowing him to give
valuable input to all machine safe use and care
procedures.
Gary
Bedingfield has been
involved in the training industry for 12 years
as a college lecturer, further education
trainer/assessor and training consultant.
Holding a teaching qualification in FE and with
a background in IT, he has designed, developed
and co-ordinated training programmes for many
organisations in England and Scotland. Gary is
the training co-ordinator for dts and holds
relevant qualifications in Health & Safety and
infection control.
